Thank you so much for reaching out to Stage Right Weddings & Special Events design team! We are open Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 5pm to answer any design questions you may have for your big day!
If you are looking to set up an in person or virtual consultation, you can do so by contacting us below. We schedule consultations, with our last appointment being at 4pm Monday through Friday by appointment only.
Unfortunately we do not take Saturday or Sunday appointments due to weekends checking on all of our Beautiful Weddings and special events!
If you contact us Friday through Sunday, please allow 48 hours for your message/ email to be answered!

Set your Consultation

Let’s chat about your lighting and decor needs! We can set up a phone call, a zoom meeting or a walk through of your space!

Custom Pricing Proposal

Every venue is completely unique - so it our pricing proposals. We will carefully build a shopping cart based off the items we spoke about and send it over for you to share with your family & friends!

Accept & Pay Deposit

Select everything you loved? YAY! Let’s move forward and accept your custom proposal and pay your lighting deposit!
