Final 30 day Countdown
We are SO excited for your big day!! 🙂 Please look over and fill out our final detail sheet and send it back over to us to confirm your details for your Wedding day and or special event!
Please look over the current items you have selected, paid for, & reserved on your proposal below. Once we are 30 days out, we will not be able to make any changes to the proposal. (If you decide to make a change you will incur a $325.00 design fee unless we have spoken about a rain plan that we have in place or any special circumstance.) Your final invoice has been sent in a separate email and will be due no later than 30 days before your Wedding or Special Event.
To make your color selections for uplighting please visit color selections. You can access this page with the password srlweddings. If you have any questions or would like us to design the color sheet for you- that is not a problem either!! Please just email us letting us know you would like this option! If the uplighting choices are not made Monday before your event, we will make these for you.
For weddings or special events receiving a custom monogram - If you need a custom monogram packet to help with your decision, I can email it over to you. If you are receiving a steel gobo, please choose from any template with S in front of it. If you have asked for a custom glass gobo, you will be picking from templates with G in front of the number. If you have a specific logo, hashtag or design we will need these emailed over to us one month prior your wedding or special event.
